This particular gem was found on 8/7/09 on the side of a road I was driving on. On one side is the "NN Woopie" and the other side of the sign is the "No open tatas"
Note: This was a bar that recently had wanted to convert a strip club and was denied permission to do so over a month ago. Suddenly now, these signs pop up, funny.
